I talked to answering machine. I did send a message concerning as I got charged march 28 and April 03 with charges on my visa. I returned the package back to your company. I was also was concerned why these charges was not returned to me as return.i also unscribed from the company. I hope to see a response regarding this matter

Cannot reach anybody in person to check my account while I was billed the wrong amount and twice. I has a subscription for a liquid collagen for $39 US dollar and shipping is supposed to be free. I am located in Canada. I was also charged different amounts consecutively within a week and I want to know why? But can't get hold of the customer service. I want to speak to a real person and don't want email.
