I have had money in the amount of $180 taken out of my account on the 27th, I do believe of this month. You were supposed to cut this subscription off after there was an amount of $178.97 taken out last month.
I am on a fixed income, and when you guys said that the payment wouldn't happen until after, I tried to stop it. You automatically went into my account and took that $178.97.
Now you've taken $180, and I cannot afford this; this is my bill money. I need my money back, and I need you to close this subscription.

Resolved: UNAUTHORIZED subscription and funds taken out of my account
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Money was withdrawn out of my account without authorization , company did give me back my money after a week. Keep emailing the company.

Yes, I'm upset because I have canceled twice now with them and then randomly months later I am charged! The email states they will charge me anyway because I didn't follow their steps.
Whatever that means. The email response was rude and all of a sudden they can cancel for me. They said they sent me stuff and I need to return it to get my money.
I haven't received anything! So yeah, I'm very disappointed.
